Contains a loose-leaf briefing book for older and continuing legislative issues of interest to Synar. These materials start with Tab 22, Hunger Issues after being split after Tab 21, Health Issues. Sections after Tab 44, Economic Conversion Issues are information sheets on issues from older versions of the briefing book and appear to be retained by Synar's office. These sections have tabs that renumber (and become nonsequential). These materials split after Tab 14, Design Protection, with materials continuing in a subsequent folder starting with Tab 15, Higher Education Reauthorization.
