These materials were originally grouped together by a rubber band and comprise the entirety of H.R. 3355, the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994. Titles I-XXXIII of this bill are hand paginated and total 972 pages. These materials contain many handwritten annotations and a sticky note indicating where material on Assault Weapons begins.
