Scope and Contents

Contains a packet of materials which were removed from a two pocket folder by the archivist for preservation reasons. Materials are from the Clean Water Council and include various reports on safe drinking water and the State Revolving Fund (SRF) to provide federal funds to states for infrastructure investment. The materials were handled by Sheila Canavan, primarily in relation to the Subcommittee on Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources of the House Committee on Government Operations.
