Scope and Contents

Contains various materials pertaining to legislation to reauthorize the Clean Water Act, including the Water Quality Act of 1994 (H.R. 3948) and the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Act of 1994 (S. 2093). Materials include a side by side comparison of the two bills, two reports from the General Accounting Office (GAO) on water pollution, and materials on groundwater contamination.
