Contains a Dear Colleague letter, handwritten memo with an accompanying draft of the Dear Colleague letter and a mailing list for solicitation to establish the Bill Jones Fund after the sudden death of Bill Jones, chief of staff of the House Judiciary and Government Operations Committees. The fund was intended to support his sons' education. Also contains a memorandum from the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct on the ethics and law on honoraria.
