Scope and Contents

Contains a letter to Synar from the president of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and a spiral bound report (spiral removed) titled "Options Intermarket Linkage System Feasibility and Conceptual Design" prepared by Tellefsen Consulting Group Inc. and presented to the New York Stock Exchange, Pacific Stock Exchange, and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. The report is split after page 148 with materials continuing in subsequent folder starting at Appendix A. These materials are related to the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1987 (H.R. 3) and the subsequent ramifications of its presidential veto.
