Scope and Contents

Contains letters from the Cherokee Nation, the Chickasaw Nation, and the Inter-Tribal Council of the Five Civilized Tribes on subjects such as the Indian Trust Fund and the BIA, President Bush's policy on Native Americans, Indian Health Service, Inter-Tribal Council resolutions, the Indian Education Act, Department of Education and appointment of Director of the Office of Indian Education Program, and S. 517 to amend the Indian Civil Rights Act. Also contains a copy of the Tulsa Law Journal.
