Contains letters of correspondence with the Postmaster General pertaining to post office locations in Oklahoma. There is also a statement in support of a bill to provide that the basic pay of employees of the United States Army Corps of Engineers who are paid from Corps of Engineer Special Power Rate Schedules shall be consistent with the basic pay of certain other Federal employees (H.R. 2963) which appears to be misfiled.
