Gramm-Rudman Court Filings materials were first organized chronologically with undated materials at the end then by Civil Action Number and then alphabetically by document title; to maintain Synar's office's organization of the documents, each document or bundle of documents was housed separately in its own folder and left in the order it was originally bundled. Contains Joint Brief for the Plaintiff-Appellee and the Intervenor-Appellee United States Senate for Ameron, Inc. v. United States Corps of Engineers (Civil Action Nos. 85-5226 and 85-5377).
