Gramm-Rudman Court Filings materials were first organized chronologically with undated materials at the end then by Civil Action Number and then alphabetically by document title; to maintain Synar's office's organization of the documents, each document or bundle of documents was housed separately in its own folder and left in the order it was originally bundled.
