Notes and a memo resulting from a telephone conversation between A.B. Steen, President and CEO of T.D. Williamson, and Jones's office pertaining to an issue with two pieces of Dutch imported steel/iron pipe clearing Customs and Commerce. Steen contacted Jones's office in need of assistance since he will be conducting the experiments with the pipe in Tulsa.
