Letters to the congressman about the Panama Canal Treaty; concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with regard to the disposition by the United States of any right to, title to, or interest in the property of the Canal Zone agencies or any real property located in the Canal Zone (HCR 347); HR 48 to create the Congressional internal security committee; Federal Election Campaign Act Amendments (HR 11315); a resolution to amend the Constitution of the United States to provide that appropriations made by the United States shall not exceed thirty three and one third percent of the average national income of the prior three calendar years, except as specified during war or national emergency (HJR 985)
