Scope and Contents
Correspondence: use of certain different types of materials in the construction of government buildings; construction being carried out at Fort Sill; poor engineering on sewer system at a prison near Springfield, Missouri; request that contracts on jobs be extended because of the rough financial state in the United States; an objection to restaurants being constructed in government buildings as being unfair competition.
