Scope and Contents

Includes correspondence regarding various pieces of health benefits legislation. Many of the letters refer to the Federal Employees Health Insurance Act. There are copies of letters from the U.S. Civil Service Commission to Congressman Tom Murray. Among the letters are several from employee groups, most notably the National Association of Retired Civil Employees (Oklahoma chapter) and the Oklahoma Council of Government Employees.
