Discussion of H.R.1330; "To abolish the Jackson Hole Nation Monument as created by Presidential Proclamation No. 2578, dated March 15, 1943, and to restore the lands belonging to the United States within the exterior boundaries of said monument to the same status held immediately prior to the issuance of said proclamation" (Frank A. Barrett-Wyoming).
