Scope and Contents
Discussion of crime in housing projects; noted that Bill Clinton administration wanted to sue gun manufacturers to reduce crime, but people in the projects said that this would not stop crime. Noted that by destroying the gun manufacturer, Clinton administration was destroying the Second Amendment.
