Correspondence re retention of Norman Naval facilities as an active base ; re resolution of University of Oklahoma Board of Regents against retention of active naval base in Norman; re removal of naval facilities from Norman to Clinton and from Oklahoma to Memphis; and re American Legion Post No. 88 desire to purchase former Norman Naval Base building.
