Pages note the formation of the Oklahoma Territory starting in 1889 with the first (of 7) land runs but esp. notes the drafting of the state’s constitution at the “Con-Con” (the state’s Constitutional Convention, as Murray and other delegates called it) leading to official statehood in 1907.
