Two typed legal-sized pages on Governor Murray’s various issues with the University of Oklahoma (bootlegging, Dr. Bizzell’s hands-off administrative approach, the morals of the faculty, the National Guard at an OU / Nebraska game, etc.)
Despite the title here and the typescript, this does not appear in the Postlogue (of Volume III). It is a part of Book IX, Ch. S. “On Rebellions and Crime; Official Peculation,” corresponding to Volume III, pp. 211 – 213 (§ 228).
