Abdnor calls for the arrest and prosecution of those occupying Wounded Knee in defiance of the law. He argues that this will only be accomplished by force, and that delay has only made the situation more explosive. He describes the lawlessness and destruction that has been taking place at Wounded Knee, and argues that it cannot be allowed to continue.
